Entwined

Title: Entwined

Author: Heather Dixon

Why Read?: Book Club
Challenges:  YA/MG Fantasy, Telling Tales, A to Z, Once Upon a Time, 100 Books in a Year

Thoughts: This was such a sweet, cute, romantic fantasy!  I really wanted to live the the slightly magic castle.  The only problem I had with it is it took a while to get to the fairy tale part, and even then it was a few pages before I realized it was based on "The Twelve Dancing Princesses".

Once Upon a Time Challenge Recap

I love fairytales and books based on them, so I was very excited to join the Once Upon a Time Challenge.  I only did the lowest level of The Journey (1 book), but I know I would do longer if it was a year-long challenged.  Here's what I read:

1. Huntress by Malinda Lo

Once Upon a Time Challenge

I love books that have a "once upon a time" feel, so I was absolutely giddy when I saw Stainless Steel Droppings's Once Upon a Time Challenge. This is a three-month challenge, but there are many ways to participate. Even though I love these type of books, I can only think of one on my immediate TBR shelf that fits, so I am going to do The Journey (at least 1 book).
