People of Color Reading Challenge Recap

I joined this challenge because I did not think I read enough books with diversified protagonists. Turns out that the People of Color Reading Challenge was easier than I thought it would be. I met the level I chose, Level 1 (1-3), so next year I'll go higher. Here's what I read:

Why Read?: For Fun

Challenges: Mystery & Suspense, TBR Pile, People of Color, 100 Books in a Year

Thoughts: This is a fast-paced novel that will keep the reader guessing. Martinez expertly draws the reader in and keeps them frantically turning the pages until the end with a tightly plotted suspense storyline. I really can't say more except go pick this gem up today!
